Start by creating your account

Create your account directly on the Twyle portal https://flair.pttrns.ai/login. Your subscription gives you an amount of render credits to spend each month. If a more customized setup is preferable, please contact us to discuss the possibilities in our Enterprise package.

Step 1: create a Collection

After registering, you are taken to the Collection overview where you can create your first Collection.

Create a new Collection

More information
On the Twyle portal, Garments are organized into Collections, making it easier for you to manage, track, and render your files. To upload your Garments, you’ll first need to create a Collection on the My garments page. Every garment must belong to a Collection. This structure helps you keep your files well-organized and ensures seamless management of uploads and renders.

Step 2: upload your Garment

Open your new Collection and upload your garment (CLO or GLB file).

Tip: copy the details of a garment to the whole list of uploads via the copy icon on the right.

More information
From your Collection, upload your file. We currently support uploads of CLO and GLB files in .zprj .zpac and .glb formats. The upload screen can be minimized to continue with managing your Garments.

Information from your file will automatically be read and used to render, as well as name the file for downloading. This information, like Garment and Colorway name, can be changed on the portal.

More information
When you start to create your render, the first step is to select the files you want to render. Choose the whole Garment or single out Colorways. Tip: for extra speed, submit a file for rendering while it is still uploading.

A library of Templates is available to choose from. Templates include visual elements such as lighting, shadows, margins, and backgrounds—regardless of the garment you’re rendering.

Each submitted render uses Credits in your account. For a small surcharge you can choose to engage our Quality assurance team.

More information
Downloading a Garment, Colorway or batch is all possible from the Twyle portal. The latest renders are available from the homepage, which shows an overview of renders that have not been downloaded yet. These renders are also available as a batch in the Collection.

Through the Collection, monitoring Garment activity is made easy. This overview shows which colorways are ready for downloading, as well as when they were last downloaded, and by whom. Gray indicates renders that are not requested yet, Blue rendering in progress, and Green ready to download.
