Exporting information from CLO

Twyle exports information from your CLO file. Unfortunately, CLO has some limitations.

• Inside material is missing from the export
• Related: a graphic bakes on both inside and outside of the material
• Some pieces are not packed inside the UV tile. We often see this happen with trims that are too large or linked topstiches. These are then missing from the export, and thus also the render.

It is important to note there are also features that are not intended for exporting, for instance presets. We have however, found a solution for silk/satin and metallic on fabric. Other CLO presets are not possible to render in Twyle.

Are you creating GLB files? Then there are no exporting issues.

Have QA fix detected issues

As individual user you can choose to engage our QA team or not. We do charge a fee to engage our QA team to check your export for issues. When selecting this option the new fee is visible immediately, making it easy to compare and make the best choice for your situation.

Individual users can choose between fast or QA checked rendering. In our Enterprise package it is possible to include a fixed fee including the QA check. Contact us for more information.
